Twitmatic helps creators plan, draft, and ship polished social content with AI assistance. By using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept them, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. If you sign up on behalf of a company or organization, you certify that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To unlock the full Twitmatic experience you will create an account, often via Google sign-in. You agree to:
We may suspend or reclaim usernames that are offensive, misleading, or infringe trademarks.
Twitmatic is built for planning, drafting, and measuring high-performing threads and short-form content. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to investigate and disable accounts that violate these rules.
Paid features require an active subscription. Plan details, seat counts, usage limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and during checkout. By subscribing you agree to:
Unless otherwise stated, we do not issue partial refunds. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; you maintain access until the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid plans if not cancelled before the trial end date.
Some plans include monthly AI credits or rate-limited features. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Excessive or abusive consumption, including scripted scraping or exporting beyond documented limits, may result in throttling or suspension.
We may introduce additional guardrails (for example per-seat limits) to protect service quality. We will attempt to notify you prior to material changes.
You retain ownership of the content, prompts, assets, and media you upload or generate (“User Content”). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely for operating and improving Twitmatic.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for obtaining necessary rights to publish any third-party material (images, quotes, data, etc.). If collaborators join your workspace, you authorize us to share relevant User Content with them.
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and data models that compose Twitmatic remain our exclusive property. No license or ownership interest transfers to you beyond the limited right to use the Service according to these Terms.
Non-public information that we disclose to you (including roadmap details, beta features, or pricing made available under NDA) is confidential. You agree not to share such information without written consent. We treat your unpublished campaigns and strategy drafts as confidential as well, except where disclosure is required by law.
Twitmatic uses generative AI and third-party language models. Suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You understand that:
Your discretion and editorial judgment remain essential when using AI-generated content.
We aim for reliable uptime, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or factors outside our control. We may temporarily suspend or limit access to maintain security or integrity. We will post status updates and provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when practical.
We are not liable for losses or damages arising from service interruptions.
You may cancel your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting support. After cancellation, we will remove your workspaces within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You may export your materials before cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, fail to pay fees, or create risks for other users. Upon termination we may disable your account and delete associated content (with exceptions for legal compliance or fraud prevention).
We love to highlight customer wins. Unless you opt out by emailing legal@twitmatic.site, you grant us permission to display your name, logo, and public testimonials in customer lists, landing pages, pitch materials, and case studies. We will never disclose confidential strategy details without consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your performance expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twitmatic and our directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limits may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Twitmatic, our affiliates, and our respective officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled through good faith negotiations. If we cannot resolve the matter, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, conducted in English, on an individual basis. Both parties waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to stop unauthorized use or intellectual property infringement.
We may update these Terms to reflect product improvements, legal requirements, or policy adjustments. We will post the revised Terms online, update the “Last updated” date, and notify active customers via email or in-app message when changes are material. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree with updates, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the new Terms take effect.
